Demuir

Demuir is a Toronto-born, Chicago-connected producer whose funky, soulful take on house earned him Traxsource's #1 Jacking House Producer award in both 2015 and 2016, and Beatport's Hype Artist recognition in 2018. He started on his father's Hammond B3 organ before turning seriously to production at 16, citing Derrick May's "Strings of Life" as a pivotal influence. His catalogue spans Hot Creations, I'm A House Gangster, King Street Sounds, and Classic Music Company, and his most recent album, Visions (2023), was a sellout success.
